✓ Official Pomence Massage Insoles, sold by Pomence

What is in the box?

One pair of Pomence Massage Insoles, left and right, in the color and the size you pick.

Nothing else is needed. They go straight into the shoes you already wear.

How do they go in?

Lift the insole that came with the shoe out and bin it. Slide the new one down to the toe box with the knit side up, then press the heel down so it nests into the back of the shoe.

If the toe feels tight, cut along the guide printed at the front, then drop it back in. One pass with scissors is usually all it takes.

Size and fit

Sold as a pair. Pick the size that covers your own shoe size, and take the larger one if you are between two.

One swap, one minute

Pull the flat one out, drop these in

The insole that came with your shoe is a thin sheet of foam that gave up months ago. Lift it out, slide these down to the toe box, lace up and go. That is the whole job, and it takes about a minute a shoe.

Nothing is glued and nothing has to be broken in. They lift straight back out when you want them in a different pair.

  • Goes into trainers, work boots and dress shoes
  • Nothing to glue, nothing to break in
  • Trim along the guide if the toe feels tight

Under the ball of your foot

Seven nodes that work while you walk

Seven raised nodes sit across the top deck, under the ball of the foot and the toe line. Every step presses down into them, so the part of your foot that takes the pounding gets worked instead of flattened.

It reads as pressure on the first morning and as normal by the second. Go back to a flat insole after a week and you will notice that instead.

  • 7 raised massage nodes molded into the deck
  • Breathable knit face that wicks while you sweat
  • No battery, no app, nothing to switch on

Under the whole foot

A cobblestone base and a deep heel cup

Turn one over and the underside is molded foam in a cobblestone cell pattern, so the load spreads across the whole sole instead of landing in two places and staying there all day.

The heel drops into a deep cup that holds it where it should sit, and two clusters of vent holes let the air move under your foot instead of going nowhere.

  • Cobblestone foam base spreads the load
  • Deep heel cup holds the heel in place
  • Vent holes at the heel and the forefoot

What makes these insoles stand out?

A knit deck with seven massage nodes over a molded cobblestone base, cut to fit a shoe you already own. That is the whole design.

Seven massage nodes

Raised nodes under the ball of the foot and the toe line, worked by your own weight on every step.

Deep arch support

The arch is built up under the middle of the foot so the pressure spreads out instead of landing on the heel and the ball.

Shock-absorbing base

Molded cobblestone foam under the whole sole, for pavement, ward floors, shop floors and concrete.

Trim to fit

Where people wear them

Wards, shop floors, kitchens, sites, school corridors. The common thread is a day measured in hours on your feet, not in steps.

In the shoe before your coffee is done

There is nothing to charge, pair or set up. They go in the morning they land and after that you stop thinking about them.

If the toe feels tight, the guide printed at the front tells you where to cut. One pass with scissors and they sit flush.

  • Step 1: Lift the old insole out of the shoe and bin it
  • Step 2: Slide the new one down to the toe box, knit side up
  • Step 3: If it feels tight, trim along the guide and drop it back in

Frequently asked questions

Here is what people want to know before they order.

Will they fit the shoes I already have?

They are made to go into a shoe you already own. Pull the insole that came with it out, drop these in knit side up and press the heel down into place. If the toe feels tight, cut along the guide printed at the front.

What do the massage nodes actually feel like?

Pressure under the ball of the foot on the first morning, the way a foot roller feels. Most people stop noticing it by the second day and only notice it again when they go back to a flat insole.

Which size do I pick?

Pick the size that covers your own shoe size. Sizes run from men 5 / women 6 up to men 15 / women 16, and every option also carries its UK and EU equivalent. If you are between two, take the larger one and trim the toe.

What if they are not right for me?

Contact support within 30 days of delivery and the team will arrange your refund. No questions asked.

Fit depends on the shoe: a snug trainer may need a trim at the toe before the insole sits flat, and a shoe with a fixed footbed may not take one at all. The massage nodes are molded into the top deck, and the cushioning is what you feel underfoot. These are comfort insoles, not a medical device.
