Pomence VIP Club — Subscription Terms

1. Membership enrollment

Certain purchases made through Pomence include enrollment in the Pomence VIP Club membership program. A purchase includes enrollment only when you place your order using the VIP ADD TO CART button; the membership appears as its own line ("Pomence VIP Club") in your cart, at checkout and on your order confirmation. By placing such an order, agreeing to our Terms of Service and completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• the order includes enrollment in the Pomence VIP Club membership program;
• you receive a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of your enrolling order;
• unless you cancel before the end of the introductory period, your payment method will be charged $29.99 on the 28th day after your order, and every 28 days thereafter, until you cancel;
• you receive the VIP member price on every product and access to member-only offers while your membership is active;
• you may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, online or by email using the channels in Section 5;
• you are responsible for tracking your introductory-period end date and renewal dates and for canceling before any charge you do not wish to incur.

The material terms of the membership (introductory period, recurring price, billing frequency, automatic renewal, benefits and cancellation methods) are disclosed on the product page next to the VIP ADD TO CART button, in your cart and at checkout before you complete your purchase. Your completion of an order placed with VIP ADD TO CART constitutes your express, informed and affirmative consent to enroll and to the recurring charges described here. Orders placed with the plain ADD TO CART button, and orders placed by existing active members, do not create a new enrollment and do not restart the introductory period.

2. Introductory period

Every new member receives a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of the enrolling order. During the introductory period you have full access to membership benefits at no cost. If you cancel before the end of the introductory period, you will not be charged the membership fee. If you do not cancel, your membership automatically converts to a paid membership and your payment method on file is charged $29.99 on day 28.

3. Recurring billing and payment authorization

Unless canceled before the end of the introductory period, your membership renews automatically every 28 days at $29.99 USD until you cancel. By enrolling you authorize Pomence and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provided at checkout (or another payment method you have on file) for the recurring membership fee; to continue charging it every 28 days until you cancel in accordance with Section 5; and to use updated card details supplied by your card issuer (for example through Visa Account Updater or Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater) so that your membership stays active across card replacements. Charges appear on your statement under a descriptor that includes Pomence or another descriptor disclosed at checkout or in your order confirmation. If a charge is declined we may retry the same or another payment method on file for up to 30 days; if we cannot bill you, your membership and benefits may be suspended or ended.

4. Membership benefits

• The VIP member price on every product on — the VIP price shown on each product page ($20.00 off each eligible item).
• Member-only offers and early access to new products.

Benefits are available only while your membership is active. Specific offers, eligibility and product exclusions may change at our discretion.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel your Pomence VIP Club membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, through any of these channels:

• Online (recommended): cancel.pomence.com
• On this site: the Cancel Membership page
• Email: info@pomence.com — write "Cancel my membership" and the email address used on your order

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon submission and prevents future renewal charges. Canceling does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a courtesy refund (Section 6). You do not need to give a reason, speak with a retention agent, or take any step beyond submitting your cancellation through one of the channels above. Online cancellation does not require an account or login.

6. Refunds for membership charges

If you believe you were charged in error, did not intend to enroll, or experienced an issue you believe entitles you to a refund, contact us promptly at info@pomence.com. We review every request individually and provide refunds where warranted by the circumstances or required by law. You also retain any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

7. Price and term changes

We may change the recurring membership price, billing interval or other material membership terms. If we do, active members receive notice by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect; the notice describes the change and its effective date; you may cancel before the effective date to avoid the new terms; and continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, with or without notice, if your payment method is declined and cannot be re-billed within 30 days, if you violate our Terms of Service or these Subscription Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the program in whole or in part. If we terminate without cause we will give reasonable advance notice and may, at our discretion, refund prepaid amounts pro rata.

9. Electronic communications

By enrolling you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations and notices of changes to these terms, and you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Pomence is not required to send a reminder before each $29.99 renewal charge; the 28-day introductory period and the cancellation channels in Section 5 are your opportunity to cancel before billing. If you opted in to SMS you may also receive membership-related texts; reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts.

10. Relationship to our Terms of Service

These Subscription Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service conflict regarding the membership, the more specific provisions here control. Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
