A flat pillow leaves your neck holding itself up all night
When your head sinks and your neck is left unsupported, the muscles across your neck and upper shoulders spend the night doing a job your pillow should be doing. That is the tension you feel at 6am, before you have done anything at all.
- A central cradle stops the head from rolling out of position
- A raised roll fills the gap under the curve of the neck
- The head sits level with the spine instead of tipped forward or dropped back

The shape does the work, every single night
There is nothing to inflate, adjust or remember. Four zones are moulded into one piece of foam so the pillow guides you into position the moment you lie down, and holds it whether you finish the night on your back or your side.
- Lower centre for back sleeping, higher wings for side sleeping
- Recessed front edge gives your shoulder somewhere to sit
- Slow-rebound foam holds the contour instead of flattening by 2am

Sleep is not downtime. It is when the repair happens
Your body does its recovery work at night. If your neck spends those hours compressed and braced, you are asking it to repair in the position that strained it. Support the alignment and you give the tissue a chance to settle.
- Less pressure on the muscles along the neck and upper shoulders
- A stable position means fewer of the reshuffles that break up deep sleep
- Built for people who sit at a screen all day and feel it by evening
Everything is built into the foam
Nothing to assemble, nothing to charge, nothing to top up. Take it out of the box and it is already the shape it needs to be.

Central head cradle
A shallow dip at the centre keeps the back of the head settled so it does not drift off the support during the night.
Cervical support roll
The raised front ridge fills the hollow under your neck, so the curve is supported rather than left hanging in air.
Shoulder recess
A scooped front edge lets your shoulder tuck in close, which stops the pillow from wedging your head upward on your side.
Raised side wings
The taller outer sections match the wider distance between ear and mattress when you roll over, keeping the neck level.
Three very different sleepers, one shape
The pillow was designed around the specific ways people end up with a stiff neck in the morning.

The stiff-morning sleeper
You have a cupboard of pillows that each worked for about a week. Feather, down, standard foam. None of them held anything in place. Structure is what has been missing.
“I counted six pillows in the spare room before I ordered this one. It is the first one that is still the same shape in the morning as it was at bedtime.”Helen M.
The desk-bound professional
Eight hours leaning toward a screen leaves the neck loaded and the shoulders rounded. Sleeping in a slumped position simply keeps that pattern going overnight.
“By Friday my neck used to be locked. It still gets tight at the desk, but I am not carrying it into the next morning any more.”Owen B.
The recovery-focused athlete
You track training, food and sleep hours. Sleeping posture is the part most people never audit, and it quietly undoes the recovery you are chasing.
“I treat it as gear rather than bedding. Deadlift days used to leave my traps tight until Wednesday. Not the case now.”Callum W.

The complete pillow, ready for the first night
Contoured memory foam core
One moulded piece carrying the head cradle, cervical roll, shoulder recess and raised side wings.
Removable knit cover
A breathable outer layer that lifts off the foam so it can be laundered separately and put straight back on.
30 nights to decide
Sleep on it for a full month. If it is not right for your neck, our support team will take it back.
A short adjustment window
Give it three to seven consecutive nights. New support feels unfamiliar before it feels obvious.

Your neck decides, not the product page
No pillow can be judged by touching it in a shop or reading about it online. It has to be slept on, several nights in a row, by your own neck. So take a month.
The questions people actually ask
What is the pillow made of?
A contoured slow-rebound memory foam core inside a removable knit cover. Memory foam responds to body heat and weight, so it compresses under the head and rebounds gradually when the pressure lifts, which is what allows it to hold a shape rather than collapse flat.
Which way round does it go?
The lower, scooped edge with the recessed front faces toward your shoulders and the bed edge, with the raised roll under your neck. The taller side is toward the top of the bed. If it feels too high on your back, try the pillow the other way round before deciding it is not for you, since the two long edges are different heights.
Is it suitable for back sleepers, side sleepers or both?
Both. The centre channel is the back-sleeping position and the raised outer wings are for side sleeping, where the distance between your ear and the mattress is greater. If you switch positions in the night, the pillow covers both without you needing to do anything.
What about stomach sleepers?
Contoured cervical pillows are generally not the right choice for front sleeping, because the raised roll adds height where a stomach sleeper needs very little. If you sleep face-down for most of the night, this is not the pillow we would recommend.
How firm is it?
It is a supportive firmness rather than a plush one. That is deliberate: soft materials give way under the weight of the head, which is exactly how the neck ends up unsupported. It softens slightly as it warms to your body, so the first touch is firmer than the sleeping feel.
Will it feel too high or too low for me?
The contour is designed around the average distance between the head and the mattress in each sleeping position, and the two long edges are different heights so there is some scope to fine-tune. Loft preference is personal though, which is the reason for the 30-night trial.
Does it get hot?
Memory foam holds more warmth than feather or fibre. The knit cover is there to help air move around the surface. If you sleep very hot, keep the room cool and use a breathable cotton pillowcase rather than a synthetic one.
Will there be a smell when I unpack it?
New foam can carry a faint manufacturing odour when it first comes out of packaging. Unwrap the pillow, leave it in a ventilated room for a few hours and let it expand fully before the first night. The smell fades on its own.
It arrived compressed. Is that normal?
Yes. Foam pillows are usually compressed for shipping and take a little time to return to full shape. Give it several hours out of the packaging, unfolded and flat, before you sleep on it so it is at full loft.
How do I clean it?
Take the cover off and wash it separately following the care label. Do not put the foam core in a washing machine and do not soak it, as water breaks the structure down. Spot-clean the core gently with a damp cloth and let it dry fully in air, away from direct heat.
Will my normal pillowcase fit?
A standard case will usually go over it, but a fitted cover works better because the contours can be pulled flat by a loose case. If you use a pillowcase, keep it slack rather than stretched tight so the shape can still do its job.
Can I use it for neck pain I already have?
The pillow is designed to support neutral alignment during sleep, and many people use it for that reason. It is a sleep-support product rather than a medical device though, so if you have persistent, severe or worsening neck pain, numbness, or pain after an injury, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist first.
How long does the shape last?
Slow-rebound foam is chosen for the way it recovers its contour after pressure. Like any foam it softens gradually over years of nightly use. Keeping it out of direct sun and off damp surfaces will extend how long it holds its structure.
How is it shipped, and what if I change my mind?
Orders are dispatched with tracking and you receive the details by email once your parcel leaves us. Every pillow comes with the 30-night risk-free trial, so if it is not right for you, contact our support team and we will take you through the return.
What people say after the first fortnight
The comment that comes up most often is not about how the pillow feels. It is about how the morning feels.
The morning is different
I used to sit on the edge of the bed for a minute rolling my shoulders before I could face standing up. That has stopped, and it stopped in the first week.
Linda H.Firm at first, then right
Nights one and two I was not convinced. By night five I had forgotten I was sleeping on something new. Do not give up on it early.
Graham P.Side sleeper with broad shoulders
Every other pillow shoved my head up at an angle. The scooped edge lets my shoulder sit under it properly and my neck finally stays straight.
Dave K.End of the pillow cupboard
Seven pillows in three years. This is the first one I have not replaced within a month, and the shape has not sagged at all.
Amara O.Tech neck relief
Ten hours a day at a laptop. My neck still gets tight in the afternoon, but I no longer start the day already sore, which was the real problem.
Ben S.Fewer wake-ups
I was turning over constantly and never worked out why. Being properly propped seems to have settled that. I wake up in roughly the position I fell asleep in.
Renata F.Bought it for the headaches
The tension headaches I got two or three mornings a week have thinned out a lot. I cannot prove it is the pillow, but nothing else changed.
Yvonne C.Cover comes off easily
Small thing, but the cover lifts off without a fight and goes back on without wrestling it. That matters when you actually wash things.
Ines M.Recovery gear
I lift four days a week. Sleeping with my neck in a decent position turned out to be a bigger lever than half the supplements I was buying.
Marcus T.Took the second side
Tried it the tall way round first and it was too much for me. Flipped it to the lower edge and it was spot on. Worth trying both.
Peter L.Shoulder numbness gone
My left arm used to go dead on my side. Since the shoulder sits in the cut-out rather than being squashed, that has not happened once.
Nadia B.Bought a second one
My husband kept stealing mine, which settled the argument about whether it was doing anything. Two in the house now.
Claire D.Slight smell, then nothing
There was a faint foam smell out of the box. Left it in the spare room for an afternoon and it was completely gone by bedtime.
Tomasz W.Holds its shape
My old foam pillow had a permanent dent within two months. Three months in, this one still looks like the photos.
Rosa E.Warmer than my old one
It does run a little warm, which is foam for you. A cotton case and a cooler room sorted it and I would still buy it again.
Hugo A.Physio approved of the shape
I showed it to my physio and she was happy with the support position. Nice to have that confirmed rather than guessing.
Sinead R.Good for long-haul recovery
I travel a lot for work and always came home with a locked neck. Having a proper pillow waiting at home has made those weeks much easier.
Felix N.Not for stomach sleeping
Fair warning if you sleep face down, it is too much height. I sleep on my back and side and for those it is excellent.
Joanne V.Straightforward returns policy
I asked about the trial before ordering and got a clear answer the same day. Ended up keeping it, but the confidence helped me press buy.
Meera J.Worth the change
I was sceptical about a differently shaped pillow making any difference. Two months on, I would not go back to a flat one.
